We are seeking a passionate digital learning designer to help us deliver industry leading training.

We’re looking for…

  • Experience of developing creative and innovative online adult learning solutions
  • Knowledge of digital pedagogy, learning theories and instructional design
  • Ability to structure meaningful learning curriculums
  • Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of defining learning objectives and content scoping
  • Experience with gamification [Nice to have]
  • Experience in blending learning design [Nice to have]
  • Experience of social learning design [Nice to have]
  • Knowledge of SCORM and LMS/LCMS [Nice to have]

What you’ll do day to day…

  • Work with early years education experts to identify childcare training needs and develop solutions for them
  • Develop high-level content plans for subject matter experts
  • Produce learning design guidelines for content development
  • Review content from our training providers (learning activities, exercises, assessments etc.)
  • Build engaging learning activities and compelling course content
  • Produce content to support the training delivery
  • Build virtual rewards and badges to incentivise learners
