Realise and Kinderly announce new early years partnership

date October 20, 2023

We’re thrilled to announce our new partnership with leading early years apprenticeship provider Realise.

The partnership will give the Realise early years apprentices the opportunity to further develop their skills and knowledge by accessing Kinderly Learn’s webinars and early years courses.

Realise has 1,670 early years apprentices across more than 1,000 employers.  Karen Derbyshire, Operations Director Early Years at Realise, said: “We are delighted to have partnered with Kinderly Learn to offer our apprentices even more opportunities to learn and develop their careers. Kinderly Learn offers CPD accredited webinars that our apprentices can watch either live or at a time that suits them and their employer, covering an incredible array of topics.”

Karen say’s “We’re always looking for ways to improve the learning experience for our early years apprentices and this is another example of that commitment.

Kinderly Learn hosts weekly webinars every Wednesday at 8pm that aim to keep early years practitioners up-to-date with key changes in the sector, deepen their pedagogical knowledge and highlight strategies available to them.  There are now more than 200 webinars available on-demand on the Kinderly Learn platform, covering a range of topics and delivered by leading early years experts including Dr Sue Allingham, Sonia Mainstone-Cotton, Dr Valerie Daniel, Ben Kingston-Hughes and many more leading early childhood educators.

At Kinderly we’re really excited about partnering with Realise and extending our reach to help the sector provide affordable and accessible CPD. We work with leading experts to ensure we provide a platform of reliable advice and latest thinking and I’m sure the Realise apprentices will really appreciate the additional support on top of the already excellent training they receive.

Learners can choose the webinars that interest them. Topics include supporting challenging behaviour, supporting SEND, preparing for Ofsted, supporting learning and play, managing transitions and many more.
