December updates: DigiDocs and Christmas cover

To help you be even more streamlined in your early years setting for 2022, we’ve released further updates to the Kinderly Together software.

DigiDocs has had a makeover

Kinderly Together’s digital document repository, DigiDocs, has had a major upgrade to create a better overall experience.  We’ve added new features and functionality to help you streamline your admin and reduce your paperwork.  As a Kinderly Together member, you have access to free and unlimited digital childminding contracts, accident and medication forms, policies and more for you to sign, share with parents and store as part of Kinderly Together’s added value digital package.

Here’s what’s new

• Easier overall navigation of the DigiDocs platform including a new improved dashboard
• We’ve added ‘wrap text’ functionality to some of the documents
• ‘X marks the spot’ on the new accident form 
  • Added functionality to draw a mark on the injured part of the body 
• Added security features, including ‘child authentication’

Here’s some early feedback from our Kinderly Ambassador Trish Peacock:  “Love them!  Just made my first medication form and sent it to the parent… amazing!”
