Ali McClure – Exploring reflective learning using the ‘FingerTips’ tool

In this webinar early years expert Ali McClure will share the positive impact of reflection and introduce her ‘FingerTips – Talking Together, Learning Together, Growing Together’ tool which enables practitioners to talk about learning with a depth of reflection.

‘FingerTips’ enables everyone to reflect effectively on learning, behaviour and learning behaviours promoting meta-cognition and collaboration. It supports self-esteem and self-regulation. Most importantly it gives children and the adults who teach them confidence and the vocabulary around their learning to know it grow it and show it – developing the language of learning – for life.

Ali McClure is a dedicated teacher, SENCo and highly regarded UK specialist in early education, learning and behaviours. She is a consultant, creator and change-maker!
