Cheryl Bedding – Autism acceptance not awareness
Wednesday 20th Apr 2022 @ 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
FreeWe are all now aware of what autism is, but is it being accepted? Children with autism are not needing to be fixed: they are not ill and don’t need to be cured. What they need is to be who they are in an environment that meets them where they are. With educators who enable them to be their unique self, valuing their strengths and the contribution that are making to the setting.
In this FREE Kinderly webinar, early years consultant and autism specialist Cheryl Bedding will explore how the world still sees autism and how through understanding and celebrating neurodivergence, the narrative can change. This webinar will help ensure all children within your care feel welcomed, integrated and truly included.
