We often hear the words ‘quality’, ‘best practice’ and ‘developmentally appropriate’ being used about early years practice and provision. But what do these words actually mean? Especially when they are applied to ‘learning experiences’… The best judges of this really are the children and how they respond. In this webinar, leading early years thinker Dr Sue Allingham explores questions like:

  • How do we know that our teaching has led to a ‘quality’ learning experience’?
  • What do we need to notice and act on?
  • How does what we notice inform what we do next?Join Sue as she takes a step back from the popular words mentioned above, to reflect on a more informed and less subjective approach to learning experiences.
