About the speaker
Kim Esnard is an early years coach mentor and trainer. She is a Director at The Early Years Collective and a Consultant / Trainer at The ChildCare Coach. She has over 25 years’ experience in the early years sector, with roles ranging from running her own childcare business (with two ‘Outstanding’ ofsted Grades) to working as a LA independent trainer and Vice Chair of her local Childminders Association.
