About the speaker
Konstantina Moustaka is a Nursery Manager at a nursery school in Chelsea, London. Konstantina has been working as a nursery and early years practitioner as well as a professional development coordinator for the past 18 years and has worked both in the UK and in Greece.
Konstantina has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in early childhood studies. She has an HND in Early years and a NPQ in Early Years Leadership from UCL. She has a keen interest in continual professional development for staff to help them achieve the best possible outcomes for the children in their care. Konstantina wants to provide the best possible environment in her current setting and always makes sure that children’s feelings are recognised and valued. She has significant experience in self-regulation and emotion coaching, which she integrates within her methodology for practitioner training.
