Natalie Canning – Children’s emotional development through play
Wednesday 5th Jul 2023 @ 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
£5Do you ever wonder what is going on in children’s minds as they play? Why they behave in certain ways or become fascinated with the same object time and time again?
This session will concentrate on emotional development of young children through their play. We will explore how children process their thoughts and feelings in social and solitary or parallel play and why this is essential for their development. We will also consider the opportunity for empowering play opportunities and how they can support positive emotional relationships between children and between children and adults.
