Ofsted have been carrying out pilot inspections using the new education inspection framework which came into force in November. This framework sets out how early years settings, schools and childminders will now be inspected.

Noreen Ismail

Noreen Ismail has over 15 years of experience and proudly runs Unique Kids Childminding, which has been rated Outstanding twice by Ofsted. She provides a nurturing, play-rich environment where children develop curiosity, creativity and imagination. In 2024, Noreen achieved SchemaPlay™ accreditation, further enhancing her setting and encouraging children to think deeply through their play. She has previously worked as a Childminder Mentor for the Department for Education and for Manchester City Council as a Support Childminder, mentoring newly registered childminders.

Angela Tsuma

Angela Musumba is the owner and manager of Heart Preschool,Nottingham bringing over 20 years of experience in Early Years Education. With a background as a former teacher and lecturer in Early years, Angela is passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. As a mother of two, Angela brings a personal understanding of children’s needs and development. Outside of her professional life, Angela has a deep interest in nature and enjoys walking, reflecting her commitment to outdoor learning at Heart Preschool.
