On this *members only* 90-min Kinderly webinar, internationally recognised specialist in early childhood Jan Dubiel will share his take on observations and assessment in the early years. Identified by the TES as one of the ten most influential people in British education, Jan is currently working in Honk Kong as Executive Principal of Harrow Little Lions Kindergartens and Early Years Centres.
In this session Jan Dubiel will explore the principles of effective assessment: what information is important, how we can get this and what we do with this as a result. He will also address the fraught issues around recording and documenting this and establish principles that ensure documenting assessment does not overburden practitioners and prevent them from educating.
