Trevor Folley – Managing challenging conversations

Wednesday 4th Sep @ 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm

£5
MANAGING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS

Conversations bind a community together. In an early years setting, they flow between colleagues, parents and children in every direction. Much of the time they can be naturally affirming but even the most challenging conversations can be clear, purposeful and collaborative. Trevor’s webinar will unpack how you can prepare yourself to be ready for the conversation, structure it towards a meaningful outcome, and manage some of the more challenging responses you might face.
