Dr Sue Allingham – The Importance of the Key Person Approach
Wednesday 10th Apr @ 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
£5In this Kinderly session, we will take a fresh look at the statutory, Key Person approach. Although it is clear in the Statutory Framework that every child who attends a setting of any type must have a Key Person allocated to them, this is often overlooked or misunderstood.
The aim of the webinar is to outline the approach and its importance to everyone involved as well as myths and misconceptions. This will include looking at how the approach works in practice and why it is important to get it right.
