About the speaker
Dr. Viki Veale is a senior lecturer in Early Years and Primary education, chair of TACTYC (Together and Committed To Young Children), Co- chair of the Alliance4Children Early Years working group and advisor to two mental health charities. She regularly contributes towards policy guidance promoting the need to support the Early Years workforce in order to support young children and their families. She is the co-editor of ‘School Readiness Matters’ and led the ‘Play in School Settings’ and ‘Play and Technology’ chapters in Play Matters.
