We are passionate about ensuring all children have a great start in life, regardless of their background or economic circumstances.
What motivates us is improving outcomes for all children, so our mission is to create digital resources and tools for childcare professionals that support children’s progress and learning.
We work with our expert partners including PACEY, Achievement for All and Bath Spa University and continually listen to our customers to ensure we develop the most effective childminding digital solutions that help early years childcare practitioners and settings to give children the best possible start.
The idea behind Kinderly came from two busy working parents juggling two pre-school children, two full-time jobs and two different nurseries. "We felt we were missing out on so much of our children's early learning journey's as our two year old Jamie wouldn't tell us what he did today and our baby Rocco couldn't!".
Working in collaboration with early years settings and experts (and a lot of research), Kinderly Together was born. The early years software makes it quick and easy for the childcare setting to capture a child's EYFS development milestones and share these incredible moments along with daily activities with parents. With resources and tools at the click of a button and at their fingertips, childcare practitioners can spend more time with the children and parents are more engaged with their learning.
We also recognised that early years practitioners (EYP's) often struggle to find the time or funds for their own personal development. We wanted to help, and in 2017 we applied for funding from the UFI charitable trust to create an exciting new online learning platform to support EYP's to be at their best. Working with our partners and early years experts, Kinderly Learn was launched in early 2019. All the learning has been designed to be engaging, bite-sized (only a few minutes long), accessible and affordable and so far it's getting fantastic feedback from subscribers.
