About the speaker
Fozia Rasul is a life and mindset coach focussing on how to build confidence and eliminate limiting beliefs in both adults and children. Fozia believes that most limiting beliefs that affect us as an adult are embedded in us as a child and if we can help children at a younger age, this should then have a positive impact as children grow older. Fozia is a mum of 2 boys and has also worked for Kinderly supporting our members for over 7 years during which time she developed her interest in working & supporting younger children.
