Louise Jennings is the head of early years services and passionate about the importance of warm relationships and high-quality interactions to improve children’s outcomes and close the disadvantaged gap. She is also interested in Early Years’ research and holds an MSc from the University of Oxford looking at how role-play within Early Years’ provision can develop children’s aspirations and enhance their experiences.
