Pam is an educational leader with 25+ years of experience, former Headteacher, and former trust-wide Lead for Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum. Founder of Avandra Learning, Evidence Lead in Education (ELE) for Staffordshire Research School, Licensed Insights Discovery® Practitioner, and Licensed Thrive Trainer, she facilitates ITT, ECF and NPQ programmes for two Teaching School Hubs and and serves as a Facilitation Coach. She specialises in evidence-informed practice, SEL, and human-centered leadership development.
